Expectation of Trustee Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as fiduciary of the MacJannet Foundation. Guide the MacJannet Foundation’s mission, activities and governance.
• Serve on one of the standing committees, ad hoc committees, and champion a special initiative
  • Foundation Committee (Press and Outreach, Fundraising, Nomination, etc.)
  • Foundation Officer or Role (Treasurer, Secretary, Development, Nomination Committee Chair, etc.)
  • Special projects (Dinner, Gala, Meeting Prep, Foundation Presentation, etc.)
  • Champion a Foundation, Constituent Network Segment (Camper Alumni, TUEC Alumni, MacJannet School Alumni, Fletcher Fellows, MacJannet Prize Winners, Les Amis due Prieure, etc.)
• Steward and promote the MacJannet Foundation, its programs and activities in professional and social networks.
• Suggest and evaluate programs or activities that further the MacJannet Foundation mission and requirements.
• Donate and help solicit annual and capital donations to grow the corpus of the foundation and to support its programs and mission.
• Attend and participate in at least one board meeting per year (the annual meeting in Talloires, France and/or another location as the board determines).
• Identify and recruit qualified trustees to help further and promote the foundation’s mission and the MacJannet legacy.
